Concerned for a Student?

If you’re worried about a student but don’t feel the situation requires an immediate crisis response, we’re here to help. You can complete the Student of Concern form below to initiate a referral to the Student Support response team.

This form is available for anyone connected to the student – whether you are a faculty, staff, a fellow student, family member, or roommate. We’re here to support you and the students every step of the way.

  • Advising: One-on-one support (virtual, in-person, phone, or email) on college policies, academic processes, learning skills and navigating college supports and services.
  • Transition Support & Onboarding: Proactive support for incoming and first-semester students.
  • Learning Skills Instruction: Support in developing and refining the skills and strategies essential for effective learning and academic success.
  • Ongoing Support: A consistent, welcoming space where students can seek help when they face challenges or feel overwhelmed.
